Business School and NATO join forces - 22/01/07
The Executive Education team at Aston Business School has won an unusual
contract to deliver bespoke training for NATO at their Brussels HQ. The
bi-lingual programme, which will be delivered in French as well as English,
teaches finance to non-financial managers as Christine Chateur, the department ’s
Marketing Director explains “The programme we have created is unique,
covering aspects of finance and accounting to international standards,
as well as a thorough grounding in NATO’s own particular systems
and procedures.”
Executive Forum - 02/01/07
Aston Business School’s Executive Education department hosted their
inaugural executive forum last week, designed to bring business leaders
together for some inspired and thought provoking interaction. The head
of Executive Education, Dr Mike Grojean introduced the theme of leadership
to the group, initiating some lively debate amongst the group, which included
some high profile personalities from the city’s business community
as well as members of the Business School’s staff.

School’s Executive Education team and training specialists Trans4mation
heard from some esteemed speakers, including Sir John Allison, who talked
about some of the leadership challenges he faced flying with the Royal
Air Force and in his role as an Air Marshall.
