DOG WALK FOR PERRY BARR’S RETIRED GREYHOUND TRUST
Greyhound owners can take a walk at a top Birmingham beauty spot with Perry Barr Stadium’s Retired Greyhound Trust.

The fundraising walk starts at the Banner's Gate entrance to Sutton Park this Sunday. (25 Nov)

Fresh food will be available, including vegetable samosas donated by The Maharajah Take Away in Boldmere.

And greyhounds can have their toenails clipped by an expert, for a donation to the Retired Greyhound Trust of £1 per paw.

Dog walkers should meet at 10.30am for an 11am start. The Banners Gate entrance is off the A452.

Carol-Chown Smith, General Manager at Perry Barr Stadium, said: “The Retired Greyhound Trust has become one of the most successful in the country, both in terms of rehoming and fundraising.

“Hopefully the sun will be shining for this walk so we can finish the season on a high note.”
