Anti-Scald Logistics on the Road

Intatec, the Staffordshire based thermostatic valve specialists have recently made some additions to their logistics department, with new staff as well livery changes to their delivery fleet. Philip Ward, who had been involved with automotive logistics for over 30 years joins Lorraine Robinson who works on distribution and Natasha Grocott who supports the team with administration. Philip said “I’m impressed with the quality of the products and processes Inta have. It was an easy job to fit in and be part of such a professional operation.”
The company, who are engaged in a national anti-scald campaign, promoting hot water at safe temperatures have decided to extend their anti-scald message to their vehicles, as Commercial Director Cynthia Fisher explains “Strengthening the logistics team has taken some pressure off the department, who have been working flat out for quite a while now: it’s important for us to deliver a service as good as our product range, which we believe is not only the most comprehensive selection of high-quality anti-scald taps, valves and showers in the UK, but also the most aesthetically pleasing. The anti-scald message is a large part of our marketing effort, so it seemed a natural development to start using lorry sides to promote the message too, as they’re delivering to the right audience nationwide day in, day out. ”
The Inta range includes TMV2 and TMV3 accredited products and are used in domestic, commercial and healthcare environments to deliver hot water in bathrooms at safe temperatures, in line with legislation that is proposed for England and Wales and is already in force in Scotland.
