INTERVIEW CONFIDENCE IS THE WAY TO WIN A NEW JOB
Confident candidates who sell themselves well in interviews are more likely to get the job they want.
So says one of the Midlands’ leading experts in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Matt Caulfield.
He has joined forces with Birmingham-based recruitment consultancy Angel Services Group to offer help to anyone who feels they lack the necessary edge when facing a prospective employer.
The opportunity of a free confidence-boosting session is available to all readers of Angel’s inaugural newsletter, which was launched as the firm moved its head office to Brindleyplace recently.
The winner will get the chance to pick up some top interview tips, gain a better understanding of the importance of confidence and in turn boost their self-esteem.
Matt Caulfield’s services are in high demand and his expertise helps to create the right mindset for a candidate to improve their interview.
“An NLP programme can help to make the difference between an acceptable candidate and an exceptional one,” he said.
“To perform at their very best an individual must be well prepared mentally and have the right attitude – and that confidence will help them perform better when they get the job.”
Mark Wilkinson, director at Angel Services Group, said: “Confidence-boosting techniques like NLP are a really great way to improve your chances of landing the job you really want.
“We are delighted that Matt will be offering his time to one lucky winner through our newsletter.”
An NLP programme can be delivered individually or to a group to help people them perform, naturally and at their very best.
Businesses that are using NLP for the first time are generally surprised at the quality of results, with many looking at ways of rolling out programmes across their entire customer-facing operation.
