In Two Places at Once for NLP Specialist
Matt Caulfield, the Birmingham based Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) specialist who works with businesses to improve the performance of their staff is to open a new office in Cardiff.
Matt, whose clients include some well known blue chip businesses, focuses on methods of improving the skills that workers already have to enable them to excel. NLP is particularly useful in businesses or departments that are customer facing, where attitudes can be just as important as knowledge and where NLP can make the difference between an acceptable and an excellent customer experience.
NLP can be delivered on either a group or individual basis and can be adapted to suit different needs.
“I deliver programmes right across the UK, but in recent months I have spent an increasing amount of time in South Wales, so it makes sense to open an office in Cardiff,” he said.
“It will give me a local point of contact as well as cut down on travelling. Cardiff is a fantastic city and is continuing to boom with some very interesting businesses.
“The place has a great feel to it, but my Birmingham office will remain open.”
