People Queuing for Property
There were queues of people waiting when the Property Investor Show opened its doors for the first time in Birmingham this morning. The show, which is a magnet for people who are serious about making money from property has over 100 exhibitors with opportunities and property related services in the UK and overseas. The majority of the seminar places, which are delivered by various renowned experts are mainly sold out and are being well received by the delegates visiting, although organisers are holding back some seminar places for general availability to minimise any disappointment for people turning up on the day.

“This has the makings of a fantastic show,” commented show organiser Nick Clark “It’s the first time we’ve bought the show to Birmingham and with pre-registrations we’re anticipating around 5000 visitors during the weekend. And with the Homebuilding and Renovating Show that’s running at the same time, this is the biggest event for property in 2007.”

The Property Investor Show exhibits in London, Manchester and Glasgow and the indications are that the investor profile in Birmingham is similar to that of the other regions, although the Birmingham crowd are showing a higher tendency to visit over the weekend, rather than the opening day.

The show is free to enter and runs at the NEC from 10am this Saturday and Sunday. Visitors should pre-register online at www.propertyinvestor.co.uk/birmingham

INVITATION
Journalists are invited to visit the show at anytime over the weekend to see the wealth of opportunities available and the diversity of people making investments. It’s also a good opportunity to gauge property investors’ reaction to the recent budget.
