Property Investor Show’s Birmingham Launch

Property professionals in the Midlands gathered together last week for the local launch event of the 2007 Property Investor Show, which will make its Birmingham debut in March.
Like its sister shows at ExCel London, G-MEX Manchester and SECC Glasgow, the Birmingham Property Investor Show will attract people who are serious about making money from property. Research indicates that visitors have money to invest and a desire to invest it, at varying levels, right from their first speculation, through to a multi-property portfolio. The Midlands gathering learned how the phenomenally successful show formula, which includes an independent seminar programme, as well as property, finance and legal services exhibitors, will transpose seamlessly into the NEC, co-locating with the Home Building and Renovating Show to make it 2007’s biggest event for property in the Midlands.
Richard Morris, the show’s Sales Director said “The Birmingham show will highlight some regional opportunities in both residential and commercial developments as well as the usual UK and worldwide offering. We were delighted to see some very influential property people at our launch event and in the great tradition of the Property Investor Show, deals were done on the day!”
