CHESTER BASED SURECARE COVERS THE REGIONS
SureCare, the nationally recognised company delivering high quality home caring services based in Chester, has appointed Lorna Lyons-Smith as its first Regional Manager to aid and support its franchise network.
Lorna comes to SureCare with almost 10 years experience in the growing homecare market with specialist experience in legal, recruitment and trouble shooting.
Lorna prides herself on her innovative way of approaching challenges and is very excited by her appointment. “I am very eager to get on with the job,” she commented. “I have been given this exciting challenge to help the franchisees increase their business in whatever way is required, it could be help with preparing a tender or working with a brand new franchisee from start up. It is just the type of challenge I thrive on, having the satisfaction of seeing a business grow.”
Lorna’s appointment is part of SureCare’s commitment to growing their business with the recruitment of new franchisees whilst also supporting the current network of 27 franchisees with the development and growth of their business.
Lorna is based in Essex and will cover the whole of the Southern region of the UK. The company’s expansion plans include recruitment of further Regional Managers as the network grows.
The care at home market is one of the fastest growing sectors in the UK with predictions of one in four people being over 65 by 2031 and a massive 66% of the population demanding care at home by 2038. It highlights a lucrative opportunity for franchisees with not only an attitude to provide quality healthcare but also an aptitude for organisational and business skills.
