Service pays off for TC Harrison

Staffordshire pressure washer manufacturers Doug Tolson Engineering have put pressure of their own onto TC Harrison, the Ford specialists who maintain their fleet of vans. The resulting exceptional service has paid off in the form of an order to supply new vehicles to the fleet as DTE’s General Manager Martin Chambers explains “We manufacture, supply and maintain pressure washers and specialist equipment for the cleaning industry and operate a fleet of 24 vans. Even though there are a variety of makes and models and none are particularly old, reliability from various dealers was becoming an issue. When we learned that our local TC Harrison services different makes, we started taking our vans to them for routine servicing and maintenance instead. No matter what sort of van we’ve taken in, or how quickly we’ve needed it back, they’ve always helped.”
Martin added “Just like TC Harrison’s our business is based on a combination of good products and service, and we need to treat our customers well, just as they do. We have a team of skilled technicians available nationwide to look after our products, but the service would fall flat if they didn’t have a reliable van to get them there.
