AD AGENCY INVESTS IN CREATIVE COUNTY

Staffordshire, hailed as the Creative County is now home to independent ad and PR agency Ward Lovett, as they relocate to a brand new Lakeside development in Cannock.
Recognising the ‘Coalmine to Goldmine’ effect that massive investment has had on the town of Cannock, Company Directors, Kerst Ward, Nick Lovett and Clive Reeves have invested over a half a million pounds to relocate their twelve year old hi-tech business from Birmingham to the thriving area.
Ward Lovett is a full service agency with billings in excess of seven million pounds and provides specialist advertising, marketing and PR services to consumer and business to business clients right across the UK.
With a staff of twenty, the company has already created several new positions within the client management and accounting teams since they arrived in the town. These jobs have been filled by local people, including Jayne Ward who re-joins the company after a five year absence as PR Account Director. With recent new business wins, the company will continue to explore and recruit local talent, initially to expand their creative department.
PR Director, Clive Reeves said: “This is a significant investment for us, although we have the confidence in our business and the location to know that this is the right move and the right place to be. Visiting clients can hop on the M6 Toll and arrive virtually on our doorstep. Some of our out of town clients making their first visit to Cannock are surprised at the quality and accessibility of the area. It’s an ideal environment for us to work in.”
