Carol Chown-Smith, General Manager at Perry Barr stadium said, "Running for any distance in full fancy dress isn't the easiest thing to do, so it's really funny to watch. For this race we were helped out by a human 'hare'. Ruth Boswell, Centre Manager at Daybreaks Kennels Homing Centre who entertained us by being chased around the track dressed in a bunny outfit. Carol added "Although there's been a bit of banter between the runners about who's going to get their hands on the trophy, the most important thing is raising money for the charity and we're very grateful to everyone who has taken part.
