Dunlop reveals Goodwood “A list” celebrity speed fans
The main media stage at the Goodwood Festival of Speed is hosted again this year by performance tyre manufacturer Dunlop, in the Dunlop Drivers Club Stableyard. Major figures from the world of motorsport have been lined up for interview on stage, and with just days to go before the event, the line-up has been revealed. As well as Lord March, the host of the incredible Goodwood event, the list includes:
Former BTCC stars from the past 50 years will be taking part in Touring Car question and answer sessions including Frank Biela, Anthony Reid, John Rhodes, Jack Sears, and Steve Soper.
Le Mans legend and Former F1 driver Derek Bell will be also be taking to the stage, as will Sir Stirling Moss who is celebrating his 80th birthday.
For motorcycling fans, Britain's brightest hope for MotoGP stardom, and current pacesetter in the 125GP World Championship, 18 year old Bradley Smith will be answering questions.
Dunlop’s communications manager James Bailey said; “We’re delighted to have some fantastic celebrity speed fans as well as some of the biggest names in motorsport on the stage this year. Current and former F1 stars including Jackie Stewart, Timo Glock, Eddie Irvine and Damon Hill will all be there. It’s a real high performance list, and in addition to the names we can tell you about, there are a couple of major stars that we’re not able to reveal until just before they’re on stage. For anyone who wants to see and hear some real motorsport heroes, I’d advise them to keep an eye on our interview schedules over the weekend. In all the years that we’ve been doing this, I think that this is probably the strongest line up.”
Celebrity interviewers Amanda Stretton, Gemma Scott and Simon Taylor will be asking the questions.
