The Cannock branch of Claimar Care, who provides domiciliary care to many residents of Cannock and surrounding areas, was subjected to an audit that assessed every aspect of their day to day running including customer care, administration, training and quality of care given. In achieving 99% in the audit, the branch has established itself as a Beacon Branch within the company structure by demonstrating excellent working practise to comply with minimum standards. The audit was independent from the Care Quality Commission (QCQ), the regulator of health and social care in England who awarded the branch a 2star Good rating in its last inspection.
